Enia Kachana Kaingu, a dynamic and dedicated young lawyer, currently serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Advocates for Community Conservation Alliance (ACCA). Based in Livingstone, located in Zambia’s Southern Province, Enia’s professional journey and contributions to the legal field and community conservation efforts are both remarkable and inspiring.
Enia’s academic pursuits laid a strong foundation for her legal career. She studied law at the University of Zambia, where she demonstrated exceptional dedication and prowess. After completing her degree, Enia obtained her practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (ZIALE), a testament to her commitment to achieving excellence in her profession.
With four years of legal practice under her belt, Enia has garnered extensive experience in handling a diverse range of legal matters, both civil and criminal. Her versatility and comprehensive understanding of the law have enabled her to effectively represent and advocate for her clients, making a significant impact in the legal community.
In addition to her practice, Enia’s innovative spirit led her to be an integral part of the team that formulated and launched Apptorney, the first mobile application dedicated to Zambian legislation and case law. This groundbreaking app has revolutionized access to legal resources in Zambia, providing lawyers, students, and the general public with an invaluable tool for legal research and information.
